• Create unique product identifiers stored on the blockchain
• Generate QR codes for product authentication
• Track supply chain events and updates
• Verify product authenticity and history

BizTrack offers tiered subscription plans with monthly QR code allocations:

Subscription Terms

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you subscribed
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period
• Downgrades: Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
• Upgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately; you'll be charged the prorated difference
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Usage Policies

To ensure fair use of the platform for all users:

• One Account Per Business: Each business entity should maintain one account
• No Reselling: QR codes and verification services may not be resold to third parties
• API Rate Limits: API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier
• Batch Uploads: Batch processing is subject to reasonable limits to ensure platform stability
• Storage: Product data and images are stored on IPFS; excessive storage use may require an upgraded plan

User Accounts

To use certain features of BizTrack, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BizTrack only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent product information
• Use the platform to infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the platform for any illegal activities
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Create fake or counterfeit product verifications
• Abuse the free tier by creating multiple accounts

Blockchain Data

You acknowledge and understand that:

• Data stored on the XRP Ledger is publicly accessible and immutable
• Once recorded, blockchain transactions cannot be modified or deleted
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you submit
• BizTrack cannot remove or alter data once it's written to the blockchain
• Minting a product to the blockchain is permanent and irreversible

Intellectual Property

The BizTrack platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by BizTrack and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

Fees and Payment

BizTrack charges fees for subscription services. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable subscription fees as described on our pricing page
• Provide valid payment information and keep it up to date
• Accept that blockchain transaction fees are included in your subscription
• Accept that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Disclaimer of Warranties

BizTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All information on the blockchain is accurate or authentic
• The platform will meet your specific requirements
• Security measures will prevent all unauthorized access

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizTrack shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Issues arising from blockchain network performance
• Unused QR codes that expire at the end of your billing cycle

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizTrack and Aventra LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Inaccurate or fraudulent information you provide

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Provide false information
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Abuse the platform or its resources

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Note that blockchain data cannot be deleted after termination, and no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of BizTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BizTrack shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
